The Ups and Downs of our Running

Sometimes running sucks.   But most times running lifts us up to a place we couldn't have imagined.  As I close out another week of running, here are a few of my favorite posts that showed the extreme of our sport - running sucks to running is uplifting.

Running_sucksRunning Sucks - My favorite post of the week on this side of running is from Everyman Tri detailing the 10 ways to suck at your next Race.   In addition to being just plain entertaining to read, there are some nuggets of wisdom.  And even if you skip over the golden rules in his post, you should be able to laugh along because we have all done at least one of these things to really make our races suck.

Running is Uplifting - Favorite post of the week by ironmom and her recount Uplifted of a magical experience during her run.    Her account of getting lost in a run is extremely refreshing!
