Take It and Run Thursday: Here We Go!

I am so excited about this new twist to Take It and Run Thursday (TIaRT).   And we are more than Take it and run thursday pleased with the responses for "sponsors"!  We have sponsors for the rest of the year!

And kicking us off next week is Erin - who gladly volunteered to go first.   You can read up on her and her running on her blog, Erithon, or her profile sunmoonstarz  and then meet her in detail next week when she shares more about her running in Chicagoland.

And here is the question she poses for your response next week.   Start thinking about your answer and be ready to post a link to your advice next Thursday:

Training Plan-less.

How do you decide how far/long to run when you aren't following a predetermined training plan?  I have a few short races (5Ks and 8Ks) coming up but I'm not planning to follow a training plan for them.  I just finished my most recent half-marathon on July 19th and now I'm at a loss as what to do now in terms of distances, etc.  I almost always run with a training plan but I'm not sure if I should now or not.  Or, if I should be, what I should be looking for in one.

Readability is quite high, I like it very much.

Assuming the camera is being held by a person and judging by the size of things in the background, I think it might be safe to say that the hatch is about one body-length above the ground.

Ralph Lauren Polo

This information is really good and I will say will always be helpful if we try it risk free. So if you can back it up. That will really help us all. And this might bring some good repute to you.

You can share some of your article, I'm like you write something, really very good! I will continue to focus on.
