On The Run: Long Runs

This "On The Run" series shares a little bit of running information and us.  Sometimes while we are actually on a run.  And other times when we are on the run.   They kinda' serve as our virtual version of announcements over the Runners' Lounge PA system.     This 2 minute episode captures Tom's tips about the Long Run.
