Take It and Run Thursday: Best Blog Posts of 2008
Welcome to Take It and Run Thursday!
It's our way to bring together the knowledge of all of us ordinary runners. It's the virtual equivalent to putting our virtual heads together. Even though many of us aren't elite athletes, coaches or authors, it doesn't mean that we haven't earned a well deserved PhD in running. Whether you are starting out, have 50 years of running under your belt or somewhere in between - all of us have lessons learned that make us wiser and better runners.
Today's theme is .... Your favorite post from 2008. As we get ready to close the book on another year, we would love to know your favorite blog post from 2008. We would hope you would choose one of your own to share, but feel free to share others as well.
Next weeks theme is .... Training Plans Do's and Don'ts. Happy New Year! I know many of you are already working on your training plans for 2009. What tips and tricks have you learned about crafting good training plans? Share the specific things you have learned about building a training plan for a specific race or distance, or be more broad and share ideas of how you build/manage your training plan(s) throughout the year.![Reblog this post [with Zemanta]](http://img.zemanta.com/reblog_e.png?x-id=de481346-2a19-4649-9852-ffd117562d74)

Happy New Year to you all! Thanks for keeping this blog going. I don't post as much as I used to or would like, but I hope to change that in '09!
