A Hold and Blow
Whatever the name...it just gets the job done.
I just love those low tech solutions!

This was great! I was coming off a cold last weekend when I ran the 50k and it seemed like I had to let loose a Snot Rocket every ten minutes! And don't forget using the shoulder or sleeve to wipe the excess snot after you let your Farmer's Blow go...
