I bought a Sansa mp3 player and bought the Rhapsody subscription with it. I can select "channels" that fit my taste and they update when I hook up my mp3 player to my PC.

Posted by: crossn81: There is a site called fitpod that allows you to select a variety of different paces and levels of music for your ipod. I personally didn't utilize it very much because I prefer podcasts. It might be a good resource for you and fellow runners!
